​Enrollment:

We offer a 30 minute scheduled free class/visit for potential students.

During this time, parents and children take part in our tour and we provide some interactive activities in our classroom to ensure that your child is comfortable with our program.

Upon mutual consent from the teacher, parents and child we then make an appointment to proceed with the enrollment process; reading and signing of our contract. Upon signing of the contract, payment for the first month of daycare is due. This payment plan remains in order to continue enrollment in the program.

Guidelines:

Late fees for pick up; $1 per minute.

​

Parents must provide emergency information including alternate emergency contacts and information regarding allergies. Upon your decision to enroll, parents read through and sign all documents and forms provided by the daycare and returned prior to the start of care for our records. A copy will be provided for the parents as well.

​

Parents must provide their child with two changes of clothing (replenish them as needed), outdoor shoes and dress their child accordingly to the weather.

​

In the event that a child becomes ill, children must remain absent from the daycare for a minimum of 24 hours. In some cases, a signed doctors note may be required for re-entry into the daycare.

PLEASE NOTE: If your child cannot participate in the ordinary daily routine, including outdoor play, he/she is too sick to be in childcare.

​We encourage proper sanitary and hand-washing procedures;  i.e. washing hands before and after meals, after outdoor play, washroom use, coughing and/or sneezing in elbow.

​

If your child is absent, full daycare fees are required.
